§ 50.073 RATE ADJUSTMENT.
   (A)   The above rates are subject to an energy cost adjustment (ECA) tracking factor based solely upon the changes in the cost of purchasing power from the electric utility’s wholesale power supplier.
   (B)   The ECA will be revised on a quarterly basis by the Board of Public Works and Safety and will be determined by the difference in the projected power costs as compared with the base cost of purchased power of $0.046709 per KWH.

NET METERING
§ 50.074 AVAILABILITY.
   (A)   Net metering services are provided upon request and on a first-come, first-serve basis. This program is available to single-phase customers in good standing that own and operate a renewable generating facility (such as solar or wind).
   (B)   The nameplate rating of the customer’s generator must not exceed ten kilowatts (kW).
   (C)   Customers served under this tariff must also take service from the utility under the otherwise applicable standard service tariff.

§ 50.075 CHARACTER OF SERVICE.
   NET METERING means measuring the difference in an applicable billing period between the amount of electricity supplied by the utility to the customer who generates electric using an eligible renewable generation source and the amount of electricity generated by such respective customer that is delivered to the utility.

§ 50.076 MONTHLY RATE.
   (A)   The monthly rate for participation in this program shall be as follows:
 
Customer charge
$24.70 per month
 
   (B)   Energy charges will be in accordance with the lowest energy charge in the standard tariff that would apply if the customer did not participate in net metering under this tariff and any applicable energy cost adjustment, tracker, or other riders applicable to the standard tariff.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION
§ 50.105 AVAILABILITY.
   Charging stations for electric vehicles shall be available to any member of the public for continuous year-round service to members of the public at designated locations.

§ 50.106 CHARACTER OF SERVICE.
   Electric vehicle charging stations shall be available to members of the public 24 hours per day for each day of the year.

§ 50.107 RATE.
   (A)   The base charge immediately upon connection to the charging station by the electric vehicle shall be in the amount of $2.
   (B)   Thereafter, the rate for utilization of the electric vehicle charging station facilities shall be $0.50 per hour.

SECURITY LIGHTING (SL)
§ 50.120 AVAILABILITY.
   This service is available to any residential or general service customer for continuous year round service for outdoor lighting where 120-volt service exists ahead of the meter loop.
