§ 50.025 AVAILABILITY.
   This service is available at secondary voltage for general residential use to any individually metered private or apartment dwelling located in the electric utility service area.

§ 50.026 CHARACTER OF SERVICE.
   The type of service rendered under this subchapter shall be alternating current, 60 hertz, single-phase, at a voltage of approximately 120/240 volts.

§ 50.027 RATE.
   The monthly rate for this service shall be as follows:
   (A)   Commencing January 1, 2024, the customer charge shall be $15.50 per month.
   (B)   Customer energy charge:

§ 50.028 MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE.
   The minimum monthly charge under this subchapter shall be the customer charge.

§ 50.029 CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.
   (A)   Service shall be provided based upon the electric utility’s rules and regulations.
   (B)   This schedule is not available to rooming or boarding houses or to two or more residences billed together.
   (C)   Service under this schedule shall be used only for basic residential purposes. Energy used for other purposes shall be separately billed according to the electric utility for the appropriate service.
   (D)   (1)   The electric utility may require corrective measures to be taken by the customer for any motor or other apparatus which, in the opinion of the electric utility, will cause, or is causing, unacceptable voltage fluctuation to other customers.
      (2)   Unless otherwise determined by the electric utility, the maximum primary voltage fluctuation will not exceed 3%.

§ 50.030 ENERGY COST ADJUSTMENT TRACKING FACTOR.
   (A)   The electric utility will update its energy cost adjustment (ECA) tracking factor each calendar quarter based on changes in the costs of purchased power, energy conservation/efficiency programs, payments in lieu of taxes, and other costs specifically approved by the Common Council. The electric utility will prepare separate tracking factors for each rate schedule and, as appropriate, for both the demand and energy charges.
   (B)   The imbedded base costs for the calculation of future ECA tracking factors are as follows:

GENERAL SERVICE (GS)
§ 50.045 AVAILABILITY.
   This service is available at secondary voltage for general non-residential use delivered through a single point in the electric utility service area adjacent to existing electric distribution facilities that are adequate and suitable for supplying the required service. Service under this schedule is provided on a yearly basis. The schedule is not applicable as a standby service.
