351.99 FINES.
   Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, the following fines are hereby established for the listed offenses and payments shall be made at the Police Department:
   (a)   Whoever violates Sections 351.03, 351.04(a), 351.04(c), 351.05, 351.06, 351.09, 351.10, 351.14, 351.17, 351.18, 351.21, or 351.22 shall be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00) if paid within five days; thereafter, forty-five dollars ($45.00).
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 351.03(d) or 351.16 shall be fined forty-five dollars ($45.00) if paid within five days; thereafter, ninety dollars ($90.00).
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 351.04(f) shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) if paid within five days; thereafter, one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00), but in no case shall an offender be sentenced to any term of imprisonment. Arrest or conviction for violation of 351.04(f) does not constitute a criminal record and need not be reported by the person so arrested or convicted in response to any inquiries contained in any application for employment, license, or other right or privilege, or made in connection with the person’s appearance as a witness.
   (d)   Whoever violates Sections 351.07, 351.08, 351.11, 351.12, or 351.13 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, which is punishable by a maximum of a one hundred dollars ($100.00) fine. (Ord. 12-01. Passed 4-18-01.)
