(a) No person shall park his motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer or permit his/her motor vehicle or trailer or semitrailer to be parked, continuously in the same place for more than seventy-two hours on any highway, street or alley in the City.
(b) Any motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer parked in violation of this section shall be towed off the highway, street or alley. The owner of the motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer must pay all towing charges and storage charges.
