§ 52.08 COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL COLLECTION SERVICE FEE.

   (A)   For collection from each business or other commercial site which operates under a wholesale or retail sale permit, a monthly minimum charge shall be the following:

 

Dumpster Rates
2 cubic yards	$25 month
3 cubic yards	$45 month
4 cubic yards	$60 month
6 cubic yards	$65 month
8 cubic yards	$105 month
If more than one pickup per week is required, the customer shall pay the calculated fee for multiple collections

 

   (B)   For collection from an industrial site, fees shall be determined as appropriate for the type and volume of waste.

   (C)   Pickup schedule - pick up of dumpsters shall be Wednesday every week.

   (D)   Commercial/industrial small waste generators. Establishments that generate small amounts or similar waste streams as a typical residence and do not require a dumpster shall comply with §§ 52.02, 52.03, 52.04, 52.05, 52.06 and 52.07 for disposal of garbage, recycling and yard waste procedures.

   (E)   Larger waste stream establishments may recycle through the programs established by the Dearborn County Solid Waste District.
