32-72.9   Penalty For Violation
Any person violating the provisions of §§32-72.1, 32-72.2, 32-72.3, 32-72.4, 32-72.5, 32-72.6, 32-76.7, 32-72.8, and 32-72.9 of this Code shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
