32-21   Applicability Of Section 32-20 To Section 32-32
Work on pavement or sidewalk cuts or openings made either as a result of obtaining a permit for the same or as a result of entering into a contract with the City for some other type of construction shall be subject to the provisions of §32-20 to §32-32, except that contracts with the City for the complete repaving or resurfacing of an existing paved street or alley shall be exempt from this provision.
