32-20   Pavement Or Sidewalk Cut; Defined
A pavement or sidewalk cut for the purpose of §32-21 to §32-33 shall be defined as any cut or opening made in any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public ground and shall include all types of street and alley surfaces and the curb and gutter.
