EDITOR'S NOTE: The Village enters into mutual aid agreements with various municipalities from time to time in order to provide mutual assistance in the interchange and use of personnel and equipment of electrical systems in cases of emergency. The Director of Utilities is authorized from time to time by Council to enter into agreements with American Municipal Power-Ohio, Inc. (AMP-Ohio) for electric power network transmission service and for participation in the Northern AMP-Ohio Power Pool.
