The gross amount billed for the various utility systems and services operated and maintained by the Village for the benefit of its residents is payable on or before the date shown on the bill. Bills paid after that date shall be assessed a late payment fee as provided in Appendix A attached to original Ordinance 04-031, passed December 7, 2004. Holidays do not change the dates provided in this section.
