Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each separate occurrence or failure to comply with this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the city by reason of such violation. (Ord. 2013-1, 6-19-2013)
