2-1-2: INTERPRETATION OF ELEVATIONS:
Unless otherwise specifically mentioned, the elevations hereinafter mentioned refer to the intersection of the center line of the streets, and the slope of the streets shall be a direct line between the nearest adjacent intersecting points or fixed elevations, as hereinafter set forth, and to the curb elevations of the sidewalks, while the sidewalks shall have a rise from the curb to the property line of one-fourth inch (1/4") for each foot in width from the property line to the other face of the curb; however, in the case of a narrow and a wide sidewalk connecting at any street intersection, the fall of the narrower walk shall control.
