The City does hereby create a public corporation to carry out the purposes of the "Act" 1 . This Chapter shall not be construed to limit or restrict the purposes of the Act, but shall be liberally construed to effect such purposes. The name of the public corporation shall be the "Industrial Development Corporation" of the City of Grace, Idaho (the "Corporation"). The Corporation shall have all the powers and be subject to all the limitations and provisions contained in the Act. (Ord. 217, 10-30-89)
