9-3-10: HOURS OPERATION PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile or other terrain vehicle within the city limits between ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the public streets, and the use of a snowmobile or other terrain vehicle shall further be prohibited during any of these hours when the operation of said snowmobile or other terrain vehicle would cause a public nuisance.
