It shall be unlawful for the operator of any snowmobile or other terrain vehicle to cross any public street except when in the most direct route across the street, this being direct and straight across the street.
Operators of snowmobiles or other terrain vehicles on public streets in the city shall bring said snowmobile or other terrain vehicle to a full and complete stop at every intersection where two (2) or more streets cross, regardless of the type of traffic control displayed at the various intersections, or in the absence of said traffic control sign or symbol.
