7-4-1: FINDINGS:

The retail sale of wine within incorporated cities located within Caribou County, Idaho, is permitted according to the provisions of chapter 13, title 23, Idaho Code, upon the adoption of a resolution authorizing the same by the mayor and city council of the incorporated city and the filing of said resolution with the Director of Law Enforcement, State of Idaho. (Res. 69, 9-1-1987)
