7-3-3: LICENSE REQUIRED; TERM:

It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to sell or offer for sale any beer in the city without first obtaining a license so to do. All such licenses issued under this chapter shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they were issued. (Ord. 98, 12-2-1947)
