It is unlawful for any owner, occupant, or other person or entity occupying or controlling property within the city to permit weeds, grass, plants, other than garden produce and trees, bushes, flowers, or other ornamental plants, to grow to a height exceeding twelve inches (12") on any lot or tract of land in the city. This section shall not apply to maintained agricultural products grown in an approved agricultural zone within the city. (Ord. 269, 5-1-2007)
