(A) Fees for sanitary service shall be such as may be set from time to time by resolution of the city council and all occupants and owners of property located within the city shall be responsible for payment of the same.
(B) All charges for the removal of garbage shall be collected by the city clerk-treasurer. Said charges for the removal of garbage shall be collected upon a monthly basis and the clerk-treasurer shall send monthly billings to all occupants and owners within the city for the payment of the same.
(C) The proceeds from collection of fees and charges herein provided for shall be placed in the water, sewer and garbage fund, and the contractor, if any, shall be paid from said fund. (Ord. 163, 11-16-1976; amd. Ord. 182, 2-10-1981)
