6-2-4: VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:

No person shall be permitted to transport garbage over public thoroughfares in anything other than watertight containers. The City shall furnish vehicles and containers or require the purchase of containers designed for the collection and hauling of garbage and refuse and other waste products within the City. (Ord. 227, 9-21-93)
