6-2-2: DEFINITIONS:
GARBAGE: All putrescible wastes, except sewage and body wastes, and also excluding recognizable industrial by-products.
REFUSE and TRASH: Shall include all waste materials with the exception of sewage or body wastes. (Ord. 163, 11-16-76)
