5-1-2: DUTIES:
The Fire Department shall:
   (A)   Prevent and extinguish all fires within the City limits.
   (B)   Make necessary inspections of buildings and structures within the City limits as prescribed by the City Council.
   (C)   Conduct all necessary fire drills and meetings as are necessary to properly train personnel of the Department in efficient fire fighting.
   (D)   Make recommendations to the City Council for needed supplies and equipment and all other matters for preventing or fighting fires and in establishing fire zones within the City. (Ord. 181, 2-10-81)
