1-5-6: APPOINTIVE CITY OFFICERS:
The mayor, with the consent of the city council, shall appoint a city clerk-treasurer, a city attorney, and such other officers as the city council deems necessary to the efficient operation of the city. (Ord. 182, 2-10-1981)
