Prior to the erection of any fence, by any person, corporation or other entity upon any land located within the City boundaries, the person or entity constructing the same shall first obtain a fence permit from the City building inspector. The Gooding City Council is authorized to establish, by resolution, the fee for such fence permit. (Ord. 650, 1-17-2006)
