4-2-3: AREA OF CITY IMPACT:

All the regulations, provisions, penalties and conditions of the Uniform Building Code shall apply and be enforced by the City in the area of City impact, as now described in section 2-4-7 of this Code and as described in ordinance 20 of the ordinances of Gooding County, or as said area may hereafter be fixed and described. (Ord. 537, 3-15-1982)
