It shall be unlawful for the owner, driver or operator of any vehicle to drive, haul, or propel same on or across any of the hose belonging to the Fire Department or to drive or leave such vehicle on any street in such a manner as to interfere with or obstruct any of the fire apparatus or the workings thereof at a fire when an alarm has been struck.
