A. Meetings: The commission shall hold one regular meeting each month for not less than nine (9) months of each year. A majority of the appointive members of the commission shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at any meeting.
B. Rules And Regulations: Written rules consistent with the laws of the state of Idaho shall be adopted for the transaction of business and a written record of business, resolutions, findings and determinations shall be kept. All meetings and records shall be open to the public. (Ord. 464, 3-18-1974)
