These regulations shall apply to the subdividing and developing of all land within the incorporated territory of the City of Gooding, including the property within the areas of impact and defined in Section 2-4-7 of this Code of said incorporated City under the requirements of section 50-1306, Idaho Code, as amended, or subsequently codified, or; corporate limits of any city including the property within one mile of the corporate limits of such city, under the requirements of section 50-1306, Idaho Code, as amended or subsequently codified.
