A. Membership: The planning commission shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed by the mayor with the consent and approval of the council. One member may, at the time of appointment be under twenty one (21) years of age.
B. Term Of Office: The term of office for the first appointive members appointed to such commission shall be two (2), four (4) and six (6) years, to be determined by lot. Thereafter the term of office for such appointed commission member shall be six (6) years. The youth member shall be appointed to a term of up to one year and may be reappointed to up to four (4) successive terms. (Ord. 680, 6-19-2013)
