2-2-3: DAMAGING OR RETAINING LIBRARY PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully or intentionally cut, tear, deface, break, injure or destroy any book, map, chart or other property belonging to the public library.
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully retain any property belonging to the public library for more than thirty (30) days after notice in writing to return the same given after the expiration of the time within which, by the rules of such library, such article or property may be kept.
