Unless set forth elsewhere in this chapter any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction, and conviction thereof shall be punished by imposition of a monetary penalty of not more than seventy five dollars ($75.00), exclusive of statutory assessments. Community service hours may also be imposed at the discretion of the court. Loss of privileges to use or enter the skate park may be imposed at the discretion of the city. (Ord. 693, 8-3-2015)
