APPROVED HELMET: A head covering designed for safety that meets or exceeds bicycle helmet safety standards adopted by standard Z-90.4 set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), or the Snell Foundation, which are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
SKATE AREA: That portion of the skate park made of concrete and used to skateboard or in-line skate.
SKATE PARK: The city of Gooding skate park facility located at 917 4th Avenue West, Gooding, Idaho, also known as the "Duke Morton Memorial Skate Park". (Ord. 693, 8-3-2015)
