7-4-1: EXPLOSIVES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, process, store or keep any gunpowder, nitroglycerin or other similar highly explosive substance within five hundred feet (500') of any home or substantial building belonging to another. (Ord. 294, 3-2-1948)
