7-2-4: INTERFERENCE WITH FIRE APPARATUS:

It shall be unlawful for the owner or driver of any vehicle to leave such vehicle on any street in such a manner as to interfere with or obstruct any fire apparatus or the workings thereof at a fire when an alarm has been sounded. (10-133; 1947 Code)
