7-1-2: DUTIES OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT:
   A.   The Uniform Fire Code shall be enforced by the Fire Department of the City and shall be under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department.
   B.   The Chief of the Fire Department may detail such members of the Fire Department as inspectors. The Chief of the Fire Department shall recommend to the City Council the appointment of inspectors who shall be selected through an examination of the Fire Marshals office of the State of Idaho.
