It shall be unlawful for any person, without the specific authorization of the Mayor, a member of the Council, Chief of Police, or any department head, to attempt to enter, enter or be in the Gooding Municipal Swimming Pool, including the dressing rooms and other structures adjacent thereto, at any time when the said swimming pool facilities are not open to the general public.
