6-1-36: OBSTRUCTING STREETS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or cause to be obstructed any of the sidewalks, streets or alleys without first having obtained permission to do so from the Chief of Police or Street Commissioner. (Ord. 367, 12-5-1955)
