6-1-29: LIQUOR; AGE MISREPRESENTATION 1 :
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of nineteen (19) years to, by any means, represent to any person licensed to sell beer or intoxicating liquor, or to any agent or employee of such retail licensee, that he is nineteen (19) or more years of age for the purpose of inducing such retail licensee, his agent or employee, to sell, serve or dispense beer or intoxicating liquor to him.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to, by any means, represent to any such retail licensee, his agent or employee, that any other person is nineteen (19) or more years of age, when in fact such other person is under the age of nineteen (19) years, for the purpose of inducing such retail licensee, his agent or employee, to sell, serve or dispense beer or intoxicating liquor to such other person.
