6-1-7: BURGLAR TOOLS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any nippers of any description known as burglar's nippers, picklock, skeleton key, jimmy or other burglar's instrument or tool of any description, unless it be shown that the possession is innocent or for a lawful purpose. (1970 Code)
