It shall be unlawful for any person to recklessly, carelessly or heedlessly or without due caution and circumspection or in a manner so as to endanger or to be likely to endanger any person or property, ride any horse or other animal, or any bicycle or motorcycle, or drive any automobile, motor vehicle or other vehicle in whatsoever manner propelled, upon any street, alley or sidewalk of the City.
