The membership of the Planning Commission shall continue as now established under the general law and Municipal ordinance, and the terms of the present members shall expire as now provided. Vacancies in the membership and later appointments, reappointments, or places on the Planning Commission shall be made or filled as now or hereafter provided by general law.
