EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 1988-10-48 the Village has entered into a contract with the City of Cleveland to supply potable water to the Village users pursuant to certain terms. There are no sections in Chapter 905. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and future legislation.
