521.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 521.16 shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor imprisoned for more than 180 days or both. Each day such violation or failure to comply shall exist shall constitute a separate offense.
