1192.11 FEES.
   The SWP3 and Abbreviated SWP3 review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the Village of Glenwillow before the review process begins. Please consult with Village Engineer for current fee schedule.
   (a)   The owner shall initially deposit an amount as determined by the Building Department to defray the cost of professional review and inspection of the owner's plan.
   (b)   The Finance Director of Finance shall deposit all funds received under Section 1192.11 of this Regulation into a fund under the name of the applicant owner depositing such money. All expenses incurred by the Village for the review & inspection of the owner's plan and the subject site shall, upon proper authorization, be paid by the Finance Director out of such fund.
   (c)   If, at any time prior to the completion of the project for which the owner has sought approval, any individual fund has a balance of less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), the Finance Director shall request in writing that the owner deposit, within ten (10) days of such written request, additional funds to create a fund balance of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
   (d)   The Village Engineer, or his or her designee, shall notify the Finance Director at such time when the Village's review and inspection process for each case has been completed and no additional professional reviews or inspections are necessary. The Finance Director, or his or her designee, shall verify with all professional reviewers and inspectors that they have submitted all of their invoices and that these invoices have been paid for that particular case. The Finance Director shall then promptly refund the balance of any funds remaining on deposit for that particular case to the entity who made such deposit with the Village.
