1139.04 BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Principal buildings shall be located on a lot in a manner that maintains the minimum front, side and rear yards set forth in Table 1139.04 for the district in which the lot is located.
   (b)   Additional Requirements for the Village Center Business District.
      (1)   The buildings on the East side of Austin Powder Drive and both sides of Pettibone Road shall be setback not less than the average setback of the existing "Company Town" buildings located within 100 feet of the lot line.
      (2)   Additions to existing "Company Town" buildings shall maintain a minimum front yard of twenty (20) feet.
   (c)   Whenever an overhead high voltage electrical transmission line right-of-way separates the lots within an Industrial District from adjacent lots in a residential district, the side or rear yard abutting the transmission line right-of-way shall be a minimum of seventy-five (75) feet in depth.
