1139.03 LOT REQUIREMENTS.

   (a)   All lots in the Business and Industrial Districts (VC-B, LI and GI) shall comply with the requirements set forth in Table 1139.03.

   (b)   The maximum impervious surface coverage shall be calculated by dividing the amount of the site that is covered by any material that substantially reduces or prevents the infiltration of stormwater by the total horizontal area of the lot. Impervious surfaces include, but are not limited to, roofs, streets, sidewalks, and parking lots paved with asphalt, concrete, compacted sand, compacted gravel or clay.

   (c)   Table 1139.03 Minimum Lot Requirements:
