(a) The date, time and place of the regular meetings of Council shall be the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, which shall be regularly noted in the note boxes provided in the five most public places in the Village for the posting of ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices, and reports of the Village required by law or ordinance to be published which places are specified in Section 113.01, and the date, time and place of all regular meetings of any other Committee, Commission, Board or other similar public body of the Village shall be posted in the same manner.
(b) Notification as to time, place and purpose of any Special meeting of Council, Committees, Commissions, Boards or other similar public bodies of the Village shall be posted in the note boxes described in subsection (a) hereof, and as specified in Section 113.01, as soon as practicable after scheduling the meeting and such notification shall be also given to any news media requesting such notification twenty-four hours prior to the time of such meetings, except in event of an emergency.
