(a) It is hereby determined by the Council that the following location in the Village of Glenwillow is the most public and accessible place for the publication by posting of ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports of the Village required by law or ordinance to be published.
(1) Village Hall.
(b) All such publication of ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports of the Village required by law or ordinance to be published may be done so by posting a true copy thereof at Village Hall for a period not less than fifteen (15) days.
