When used in this article, the following terms shall have the following definitions.
PARKWAY TREE. Any tree that is located on the public right-of-way, typically between the edge of curb/pavement and the private property line.
URBAN FORESTRY MANAGEMENT PLAN. A plan that was completed in 2022 that describes best practices for managing trees in the village, as amended from time to time.
