The purpose of this article is to define the scope of protection, preservation, management, removals, care and pruning, selection, and planting requirements of parkway trees in the Village of Glencoe. It is recognized that parkway trees are integral to the urban forest canopy and an important asset to the village. Parkway trees are a vital and valuable part of the village's infrastructure.
